There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the first floor.

AC and Wi-Fi are offered in all rooms.

1 room has a queen-sized bed while the other 3 rooms have king-sized beds and attached bathrooms.

BATHROOMS

There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached, and 2 common.

All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS

There are 2 living rooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. Both living rooms provide comfortable seating for 15 people.

The ground floor living room also offers an AC and a TV. The air-conditioned dining room is a part of the living room on the ground floor and provides comfortable seating for 8 people.

There is a huge lawn with an attached gazebo. It can accommodate up to 12 people.

There is a balcony on the first floor that can easily seat 10 people. Guests are requested to keep all the windows shut during the evenings as a preventive measure as the property may be prone to insects and bugs.

There is a private pool, with an attached gazebo. The pool is 14x42 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN

Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and a mixer-grinder.

Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD

For groups of fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 72hrs prior to the check-in date.

The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.

HOME TRUTHS

This is a pet-friendly property. However, please note that guests will have to pay a refundable deposit of Rs. 5000 for the same.

There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.

The living area on the first floor is not equipped with an AC.

In case of a power outage, a 25KVA generator is available. It can support all lights and fans except for large appliances

WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
