BEDROOMS

• All rooms have an AC and attached bathroom.
• All rooms have one double bed each and 5 people can sleep in each room (extra mattresses would be provided)
• 3 rooms are on the first floor, 1 is on the ground floor.
• 3 rooms have a TV and a mini-fridge as well.

BATHROOMS

• There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - 4 attached and 2 common.
• All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS

• The living area is located on the ground floor and is spacious with seating arrangement.
• The dining space accommodates 6 people.

KITCHEN

• Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an

• The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, microwave, utensils and refrigerator.

Food

• A cook can be arranged to prepare all meals (lunch, hi-tea, dinner, breakfast) at an additional charge of Rs.4000 per day. Ingredients/raw materials
• will be charged as per actuals.
• Any last minute requirements, less than 48 hours from the booking date will not be possible. All food items are subject to availability.

HOME TRUTHS

• The last 1.5 km of the road leading up to the villa may have a few potholes during the monsoons. This may lead to a 15 minute slow drive.
• During monsoons, there may be a slight leakage in the villa.
• Guests may face some disturbance as the villa is near the railway tracks.
• We are unable to offer WIFI here. However, cellular network works fairly well.
• Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
