-The living area is located on the ground floor with a flat-screen colour TV with a DTH connection

Bathrooms:
-The villa has 3 private bathrooms (one in each room) and 1 common bathroom
- The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for the hot water supply
- Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided

Kitchen & Meals:
- Kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils microwave, crockery, and a water purifier.
- Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost with advance notice
- All meals will be prepared by the caretaker at an additional charge of Rs.4500 for a group of 10 or fewer people, and Rs.5000 for a group of more than 10 people, per day (Ingredients at cost). 
- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles, and reheating food. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.2000 per day will be levied.

This villa is conveniently located near Lake House and Pavna Lakers Camping. Boating facilities are available 5 to 6 kms from the villa. The villa is situated an hour’s drive from the main Lonavala market.
