LTM525 is an embark on a rejuvenating journey with your family and friends, away from the city into awe-inspiring nature scapes. Upon arriving at this villa, you will be swept away by the little bridge that traverses over a gentle stream, on a three-acre lush lawn. Spacious and welcoming with

aesthetically pleasing interiors, all five bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are located on the ground level - a thoughtful plan to welcome our youngest and elderly guests. The private pool encircled by trees will add an extra dose of calmness to all the cheer and chime during your stay.

The Space:

BEDROOMS

There are 5 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor.

All bedrooms have several amenities including AC, king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and attached balconies overlooking stunning views.

Three of the bedrooms offer a TV.

BATHROOMS

The villa has 5 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. All bathrooms are modern and have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

INDOOR AREAS

There is an expansive living room on the ground floor that offers several seating arrangements.

It is equipped with Wi-Fi access.

There is a separate dining room that can comfortably accommodate 8 people.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Guests can enjoy an al fresco dining experience in the outdoor dining area, overlooking the lawn. It is up to 300 meters away from the main villa and can seat up to 6 people.

The exteriors of the villa feature a sprawling 3-acre lawn with an attached gazebo. There are several sit-out spots, including a swing, benches, and other seating areas.

There is a bridge just above a gentle stream.

The villa has a private swimming pool, 26ftx23ft in size, with a depth of 4ft. Guests can access the pool from 7 AM to 10 PM.

FOOD

All Veg. meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs 2,415 per person, per day and Mix Menu meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs 2,625 per person, per day.

For groups of fewer than 6 guests, a cook can be arranged at an additional cost, if confirmed 72 hrs prior to the check-in.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

Please note that the al fresco dining area is up to 300 meters away from the main villa.

This is not a wheel-chair-friendly property.

The stay is a part of a gated society.

There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for security purposes.

In case of a power outage, a generator and inverter are available.

The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.

Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.

Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
