- The property is equipped with luxurious interiors and delicate furnishings. We ask that guests take extra care to preserve the condition of the décor and ensure children are supervised at all times. Any damages will be assessed and charged accordingly.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- Guests with local IDs are not allowed
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- This property is a standalone property.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter and generator can support all the appliances.
- The pool is 30x15 ft with a depth of 4.2ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

- 95% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 days before of the check in date.
- 50% refund or credit voucher on the total booking amount will be given if the booking is cancelled 12 to 6 days before the check in date.
- No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than 6 days before the check in date.
- Partial payments made towards bookings are non-refundable.
- Credit Vouchers issued as per policy can be redeemed for future bookings.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 5% processing fee. However, if you choose an Credit Voucher, the full refund amount will be credited without any deductions.
- Please note that no refund for the bookings for peak dates and long weekends!!
