•  Smoking inside the villa is not permitted
•  Loud Music after 10 p.m. is not allowed in the outdoors
•  Couples or family more preferred

Payment & Cancellation Policy

100% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 45 days before the check in date.

75% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 30-44 days before the check in date.

50% refund will be given if booking is cancelled 29-15 days before the check in date.

No refund will be given if booking is cancelled less than15 days before the check in date.

Lockdown in city of origin & Goa - 100% refund

If more than 30% of people get Covid - Credit note for Six months for the same villa at the prevailing rates. (To avail this please share aadhar card copies of all occupants at the time of booking.)

A Security deposit of amount INR 35,000 should be deposited to the caretaker at the time of check-in and is totally refundable during the time of checking out. Guests should make sure that there is no damage caused to the property or the amenities/appliances provided. If in case of damage caused, the amount deposited would be deducted for the same.
