King-sized beds are available in two rooms. The other two rooms have twin beds.

There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.

All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS

There are two living rooms.

The living room on the ground floor seats up to 5 people.

It is equipped with a TV and WiFi.

The living room on the second floor seats up to 3 people.

The dining room seats up to 12 people.

It is an open area with a view of the pool.

There is a 1000 sq. ft lawn which offers comfortable seating for up to 7 people.

There are flowers of local species grown in the lawn.

There is a swimming pool.

The pool is 12mx5m. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.

It is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water filter, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave.

Crockery and cutlery are available.

Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
