Let me walk you through the villa Bedrooms: (2 bedrooms on the ground floor & 3 on the first floor) The villa has 5 air-  conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms Rooms on the 1st floor open up to a common balcony Each bedroom can occupy up to 3 people with 1 bed and 1 extra mattress. Fresh linens and pillows are provided in all rooms. Wardrobes are available in all the rooms

Living Room: The huge living area is welcoming and has offers many comfortable seating options. The quirky furnishings  spread throughout the villa, are an art lover's bliss. Living area is completely air conditioned. It opens up to a private  swimming pool, deck and a massive lawn

Bathrooms: The villa has 5 attached washrooms (one in each room) Additional powder room is available in the living  area The bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are  provided.

Kitchen: The following equipment are available in the kitchen: Refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave, and crockery.

Barbecue set is available to use. Cook can be arranged at an additional cost

Pool:The villa has a huge private swimming pool with a deck. With sun beds dotted around the pool, you might want  to spend most of your time lounging about, dipping into thepool.

Things to note Guest capacity should be respected. Maximum of 15 guests allowed including children, maids etc.We  dont have a television available at the villa.There are occasional power cuts in alibaug. We have a power backup  available at the villa to suffice basic needs. A Security deposit of Rs 10000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will  be refunded during checkout. Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additional. Late checkout is  permitted only with a prior approval.For security reasons CCTVs have been installed in the outdoor areas A private  speedboat can be arranged (except during monsoon) on request at an additional cost from gateway of India to Mandwa  jetty and the other way round. Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for thestay.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation made during the below mentioned period before the check in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:

Cancellation more than 35 days prior to the check in date - 85% refund to the customer

Cancellation within 35 days of the check in date - No refund to the customer

Incase of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.

A Security deposit of amount INR 20,000 should be deposited to the caretaker at the time of check-in and is totally refundable during the time of checking out. Guests should make sure that there is no damage caused to the property or the amenities/appliances provided. If in case of damage caused, the amount deposited would be deducted for the same.
