Nepal, officially the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, is a landlocked country in South Asia. It is located mainly in the Himalayas but also includes parts of the Indo-Gangetic Plain. With an estimated population of 26.4 million, it is 48th largest country by population and 93rd largest country by area.

Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail & flight delays, road blocks, vehicle malfunctions, political disturbances, etc..
Individual entrance fees to visit places, any extra fees outside our program & ride / camera permission etc..

IMPORTANT PACKAGE AND PAYMENT NOTES :


• The above air packages are made on the basis of the special fare and rates taken from the respective airlines and hotels. Once confirmation is made no amendments are possible without incurring cancellation charges. The airline tickets once issued are non refundable.
• The above hotels are suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with Us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
• Kindly note that the quotations are given without holding any confirmed reservations either in the airlines or in the hotels. Till advance payment is received all your reservations are on tentative basis.
• Within two working days of receiving an advance payment, customer is given confirmation over the email. The confirmation contains the details of Customer file number, Hotel Confirmation, Airticket confirmation, Total package amount, Amount paid by Customer and Balance amount to be paid at the time handing over travel documents.
• Once confirmation is made than full and final payment should be made only in cash/netbanking at the time when all the travel documents are delivered to the guest.
• For the cheque payments, the documents will be processed or delivered once the amount is credited in our account.
• Our cheque bounce charges are Rs.1000/-
• Payment by credit card will attract 3% service charge on each and every transactions.
• Cash deposit in our banks will attract surcharge of 1% on the deposited amount.
• Cost does not include expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail/flight/vehicle delays , cancellations, strikes , natural calamity, political disturbance etc.

IMPORTANT HOTEL NOTES :
• All the guests (husband, wife & adult children) are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original ( passport or voter I card )& a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotels. This is mandatory. Airline and Hotels may deny entry and services in the absence of these documents, in such cases we should not be held responsible by customers.
• In hotels for an extra adult/child either rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
• In case your packages is inclusive of complimentary Arrival / departure transfers the same shall be provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. however this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration until all the guests arriving at that time exit the airport.
• Transfers are on SIC (seat in coach) basis.
• The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
• It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant(below 02yrs) along with other travel documents.
• Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel. The check in and check out time of the hotel is 1430 to 12 noon and number of meals including breakfast are always corresponding to the no. of nightss booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
• For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
• Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
• The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
• Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
• To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name/ hotel name.
• Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel. Timings : Breakfast 0800-1000 hrs , Lunch : 1300-1500 hrs , Dinner : 1930 -2200 hrs. These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals. It is at the discretion of the hotel to provide buffet or fixed menu meals depending on the occupancy of the guest in the hotel.

IMPORTANT AIRLINE NOTES :
• The check in counter is closed 60 minutes before the departure time. We strongly recommend customers to reach the airport 3 hours before the departure time of the flight to avoid any inconvenience.
• Domestic flights of Indigo Airline, Spicejet Airline and Go Air departs from Airport Terminal 1.
• Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
• In most of the flights 15 kg weight is allowed in Check in baggage and 07 kg weight is allowed in hand baggage. Please check it with our sales person for further details.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances if customer miss the flight than he needs to purchase the tickets on the next available flight by making direct payment. The amount of missed flight will not be adjusted against the freshly purchased tickets. Please reconfirm your return flight ticket too from the airline counter.
• Web check in is not possible in our group packages.
• In airline no seat is provided to Infant.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES :

Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation Rs.5000/- per person or 50% of the package cost. Whichever is higher.
Balance amount When the final documents are delivered to the customer.
Air tickets once issued are non refundable. Request for name change in Flight tickets can be taken only 07 days before departure date(subject to approval of Airline and seat availability) and cost is Rs.5000 per name change + difference of fare.
Cancellation charges 30 days before of date of travel. Rs.5000 per person
Cancellation charges between 15 to 30 days of date of travel 50% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges between 07 to 15 days of date of travel 75% of the total package amount
Cancellation charges within 07 days of date of travel. NO REFUND
Amendment Charges( after deducting cancellation Charges). Amendments have to be notified in writing only. Any Amendment made over the phone or verbally will not be considered for taking any action. Rs.1000 per person.
Mode of Refund By Cheque Only. No refund will be given in cash.

      • Day 1 - KATHMANDU ARRIVAL AND TRANSFER TO HOTEL - IT IS A PANORAMIC THRILL FLYING INTO KATHMANDU ON A CLEAR DAY
      The views of snow - capped mountain peaks sprawling down below you are almost ecstatic, beginning a whole chain of memorable experiences that stay with you for a long, long time - Arrival by road will lead to the hotel directly where our representative will be there to welcome the guest - The representative will assist guest to check into the designated hotel - After short relaxation at the hotel, you will be taken for sightseeing to City Durbar Square - This square is famous for old palaces, temples, Kumari Ghar and so on. Now we move on to Syambhunath, famous world heritage site with magnificent views of the Kathmandu valley and tribute to Buddhism– Night stay at hotel / resort in Kathmandu.
      • Day 2 – KATHMANDU TO CHITWAN TRANSFER - EARLY MORNING BREAKFAST – NEXT NEARLY 175 KILOMETERS 5 - 6 HOURS DRIVE - DRIVE TO CHITWAN
      Situated in the Terai plains Chitwan offers pure retreat to the Jungle lovers and nature i.e. forest lovers - The Chitwan has had a long history of conservation - It was the Royal hunting grounds for the K ings and dignitaries of Nepal - It became a favorite spot for big game safari hunters in the late nineteenth and early to mid - twentieth century – Chitwan is a destinations where guest can enjoy jungle observation at Chitwan National park - The highlight being the Elephant Safari in the jungles which will be around evening depending on the time guest reach the resort - After the Elephant ride one can enjoy a slide show or Tharu Folk Dance (Optional) – Evening free for village walk and sunset view - Night stay at hotel in Chitwan
      • Day 3 – CHITWAN TO POKHARA TRANSFER - 165 KILOMETERS
      Early morning Safari if missed the earlier day i.e. If one misses the Elephant ride the earlier evening One can enjoy the Elephant Safari in the morning – Next breakfast – After breakfast drive to Pokhara - Pokhara is 165 Kilometers & is nearly 05 hours drive from Chitwan - Situated at an elevation of 900 meters is the largest valley in Nepal- This is a scenic mountain side drive or a half hour picturesque flight will get you to This valley - Famous for its lakes and views of the magnificent Himalayan Peaks - Old bazaar of Pokhara city, Bindhayabasini temple, Seti George, Buddhist monastery, Pokhara regional museum which displays the traditional things of western Nepal, Devis Fall, Gupteshwor Cave, Tibetan refugee camp, Barahi temple which lies in the central part of the lake Fewa etc are places to visit - Reach hotel and check in - Evening free to stroll around the area – Night stay at Pokhara
      • Day 4 – POKHARA SIGHTSEEING
      Sightseeing will be as per the Itinerary and all the places in one day is not possible hence few of the sites are taken into the Itinerary - The sightseeing places are Old bazaar of Pokhara city, Bindhayabasini temple, Seti George, Buddhist monastery, Pokhara regional museum, Devis Fall, Gupteshwor Cave, Tibetan refugee camp, Barahi temple, Sarankot, Peace stupa and boating at Fewa Lake Tal barahi temple is an attraction, located in the middle of Fewa Lake - It takes less than 10 minute to reach there by boat - Tranquil atmosphere and the green forest just beyond the south end of the lake is a beauty - A major celebration during dashain festivals can be enjoyed here - Many Hindu and Buddhist temple are places of visit - Other places of interest are lakes, museum, cave, seti gorge, temple etc - Evening free to stroll around the area – Night stay at Pokhara.
      • Day 5 – POKHARA TO NAGARKOT TRANSFER - NEARLY 200 KILOMETERS 7 – 8 HOURS DRIVE
      Reach Nagarkot via Kathmandu Nagarkot is famous as one of the best spots to view Mount Everest as well as other snow-topped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal – Nagarkot is known for its spectacular sunrise view of the Himalaya - A night at Nagarkot is necessary to view the rising sun and Mount Everest as well as other snow-topped peaks of the Himalayan range of eastern Nepal - It also offers an excellent view of the Indrawati river valley to the east – It has an elevation of 2195 meters is a place whose beauty endures year round – November to March one can view better - Check into hotel – If lucky i.e. guest reaches before sunset one can watch the sunset also – Night stay at Nagarkot
      • Day 6 – DEPARTURE FROM NAGARKOT TO KATHMANDU AIRPORT
      Departure from Kathmandu – Early Morning watch sunrise – Witness sunrise at Nagarkot - Scenic view from Dhaulagiri in the west, to Kanchenjunga in the east small village seat at about 7500 Feet altitude - On a fine day one can even see the tip of the Everest from here - Next drive nearly 35 kilometers to Kathmandu Airport - Depending upon the flight timings one can visit Thamel or some of the places of interest on the way or any other places on the way to Kathmandu airport – Forwarding journey
